About Us

Welcome From the Pastors:

Welcome to the Church of the Fulness of God web site. We have an earnest expectation that you will find the information that you are seeking; and, we also pray that the resources on this website will be life-transforming, meeting your spiritual need through the Word of God. We have compiled articles, sermons, and testimonies that we believe will help you know more fully the love of Christ in order that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. We look forward to meeting you in the near future.

In Christ,
Pastors David and Kathryn Stuckey

About the Church:
The name of our church comes from Eph 3:19, which also states our purpose. Our purpose is "to know the love of Christ which passes all human understanding in order that we may be filled with all the fulness of God." We have found that as we practice knowing that love, letting that love be revealed to us, we are transformed from the inside out and are being filled with all that God has to offer -- all the gifts and all the graces. We believe that God wants us fulfilled spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, socially, and in our families in all areas of our lives -- to His honor and glory. We believe in the Good News for the whole person and we believe that the Church of the Fulness of God is a church where that gospel is preached. People just like you can and are having their lives changed and their dreams come true.

We invite you to come and join us as we are coming to know the love of Christ and are being filled with all the fulness of God.

Pastor David E. Stuckey

David E. Stuckey is a native Texan, born to a small town, Southern Baptist pastor's family on June 27, 1947. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Secondary Education: Drama and Speech and is certified to teach the learning disabled. He taught special education for six years.

At HSU, David was chosen the Outstanding Young Man in Education for 1969, was in Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities, and also won the Speech Department Award for that same year. In 1978, he earned a Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio and became the Chief of Alcoholism Services for Abilene Regional Mental Health-Mental Retardation Center in Abilene, Texas. Later he became Chief of Mental Health Services. He worked for ARMH-MRC for ten years before starting a private practice of psychotherapy in 1988. He has taught college courses for Cisco Junior College and McMurry University in the Human Services field. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and maintains a private psychotherapy practice, ministering to the needs of those bound by mental challenges

In 1992, David was filled with the Holy Spirit. And, while praying one day in his office, God told him that He would do for him what he had done for the disciples in Luke 24:45, “Then opened He their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.” (NIV)

Commissioning him to preach the Word of Faith, God gave him an interpretation of the parable of the sower found in Mark Chapter 4 from which he ministers with power, focusing on the renewing of the mind to become good ground. At the same time, God told him to start a ministry and call it, Fulness of God Ministries, based on Eph 3:19, “And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.” In 1994, God called him into the office of pastor and the Church of the Fulness of God was born.

Today, David and his wife, Kathryn, co-pastor the Church of the Fulness of God. Pastor David also ministers outside of the Church of the Fulness of God under FGM. In addition to pastoring, he serves as the Executive Director of Texas Family Institute, where he also provides psychotherapy and counseling.

Challenged to teach and preach the Word of Faith and the Love of God, David has been gifted with the anointing to present the gospel in a practical way – teaching how to apply the Word of God to every situation and how to live by faith, thereby producing breakthroughs in every area of life. The Lord has taken all of David’s training as a master psychotherapist, added the power of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, and produced a powerful message of transformation to the end that we all “be filled with all the fulness of God.”

Pastor Kathryn Cypert Stuckey

Kathryn Cypert Stuckey is the cofounder of the Church of the Fulness of God in Abilene, Texas. She assists her husband, David, in pastoring; however her primary duties are preaching and administrating. She leads The Ways of a Woman of God seminar, Healing For Today seminar, and is the author of The Devil Knows Your Right!

Kathryn is a native Texan, born into and raised in a family who attended the Assembly of God Church. She and the Cypert family were involved in ministry through gospel music during those years. They were on radio and ministered in churches area-wide.

Kathryn was the valedictorian of her high school class; and after high school, she began her career in the medical field. Kathryn obtained accreditation as an Accredited Medical Record Technician and worked in the medical field for a number of years in the position of office manager for physicians. After leaving the medical profession, Kathryn received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Angelo State University, majoring in Communication and Psychology. She graduated from Angelo State summa cum laude.

Kathryn met her husband, David, in January 1991 and they were married that following October. Both were called to preach and began their ministry (Fulness of God Ministries) in August of 1992. In 1994 Fulness of God Ministries became the Church of the Fulness of God. She has served as Area, District, and Regional Director for ICFM (International Convention of Faith Ministries) in the past, ministering to other ministers.

Kathryn is anointed to minister the Word of God in a very bold and powerful way. Her services are full of life and enthusiasm for the things of God.  They leave you with a refreshed love of Christ and a hunger to serve Him fully without reservation.
